The Mini Sidewalk limited edition was built between 1994 and 1996. There were 1000 of these made in three different colours – this one is in Kingfisher Blue.

The car has MOT until January 2016 and is ready to drive away and enjoy!

The speedometer shows just 58,000 miles from new and this tallies up with the online MOT history of the car, along with the condition of the interior etc. The car has had new sills fitted (the correct vented type) at some point, and the rest of the structure appears to be absolutely fine. Boot floor, subframe etc are all good – any issues would have been flagged up on the MOT.

Around the car, there are a few small areas of bubbling and blistering, but compared to the usual botched mess, this car is very tidy and straight indeed! These could be tidied up for a very low cost as and when you like. It's obviously had bits done here and there over time, so don't come expecting to find an absolutely original car. It has Supalite alloy wheels fitted, which set the car off really well, as you can see in the pictures. The car has recently had new halogen headlamps fitted, and it has Yokohama tyres all round. A centre exit exhaust has been fitted at some point, too, which isn’t overly loud but has a nice tone!

It starts, stops, drives and runs very well indeed – no blue smoke from the exhaust and no crunches from the gearbox either! All the electrics work fine, including the heater fan and the heated rear window.

The interior is in excellent order, with original seats and carpets etc. The car simply hasn’t been messed around with, and this really shows.

Priced very reasonably for a quick sale – it’s an ideal starter classic or to use as a first car. Because it’s not a Cooper, it means the insurance group is lower – but because it’s a 1275 it’s just as quick!
